RAF and RAA Description
Local AORs that reach RAF participation of 26% or 5% over (goal of 21%) will receive 35% of their RAA
Local AORs that reach RAF participation of 21% to 25% will receive 32% of their RAA
Local AORs that reach RAF participation of 12% to 20% will receive 30% of their RAA
Local AORs that reach RAF participation of 11% or below will receive 10% of their RAA
