RAF and RAA Description

Local AORs that reach RAF participation of 26% or 5% over (goal of 21%) will receive 20% of their RAA

Local AORs that reach RAF participation of 21% to 25% will receive 17% of their RAA

Local AORs that reach 12%, but below RAF goal of 21% will receive 15% of their RAA

Local AORs that reach RAF participation of 11% or below will receive 5% of their RAA
